- Establishment & monitoring quality assurance
- Preparations for any accreditation(s) and on-site presence during any inspections
- Staffing Assistance & Personnel Management: Act as a change agent for new
policies and procedures imposed on staff, perform team building, and evaluation
of present job roles and future expectations
